If I only played guitar
Raeanna is here!!! X3 Sadly, my apartment only offers fish, tv, and internet for entertainment. So we are watching tv while I translated X Japan/Toshi related things.
Highlights of the past two days:
-RAEANNA'S COOKING. NOM NOM NOM SO GOOD.
-SEEING WHALE BACON FOR SALE IN MY GROCERY STORE (for 100 bucks about), and other foods like dried tomatoes, and all kinds of things I never knew they had. I should go there earlier in the day.
-seeing all of Hiroshima's Christmas lights.
-trying the Lavender Earl Grey Tea Latte at Starbucks (very good. I like it.)
-obtaining gifts for friends when I need to send them gifts
-getting a Dissidia guide for those times I need help.
-going to Miyajima and petting a deer, taking photos of the shrines and pagodas and temples, and huge gates (yes, I romped through sea water and acted all of the age of 8), and eating some Miyajima only foods.
-buying earrings
-CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!!!
I'm behind on LJ and I don't know if I will catch up before she leaves, but we'll see. I probably will not be online a lot, as you may have noticed.
I wish I could play guitar, or that I was a good singer, because Toshi is looking for new T-EARTH members and members for his new band, GAIA. If I was musically inclined and he chose my application, I would quit teaching English and work for him, making healing rock music. I am down with that. I am almost tempted to apply...almost. He needs recent photos and like a sample of your work. I'd have to record myself singing (oh god) and well...would you want a fat white chic in your band? I think not. *sigh* One can dream...though I wonder why he needs new T-EARTH members...maybe the other guys are busy/need a break? It'd be a cool if like T-EARTH was made up of a lot of members and they just rotate based on availability. (If you really think I should apply, let me know. XD; )
And more X Japan concerts? Hot damn! Hiroshima, you better have a dome! DX 4 out of 6 concerts are in Tokyo Dome though...I want to go again!! T___T (I am only a bit jealous of a friend who managed to get a REAL concert ticket but now that I am tired, I'm not jealous. XD; Does that make sense? It was like momentary envy.)
So yeah. That's about it. Supposedly Toshi dropped in on Yoshiki's event the other day - I want to see that. Like photos, videos. I want to see. XD; Toshi needs a haircut though...or he needs it STYLED. XD;
