So here is the Japanese text, followed by my translation of it, which is by no means perfect as I am not a professional translator. It's a bit different from the French MySpace post, but according to Yoshiki Mobile, they translated the French MySpace post into the Japanese you see here:

この気持ちをどうやって表現すればいいんだろう、パリや日本で行われるはずだったXJAPANのコンサートを楽しみにしていた人達に対して．．．．．．。
その決断は、自分のコントロールを超えた所で下された．．．．．．でも、全責任を負うつもりです．．．．．．。そして、その事を決して軽い気持ちで受け止めてはいない。
その痛みは今でも心を突き刺しているし、何年も自分たちの事を応援してきてくれているファンの人達の心を傷つけたと思うと、いてもたってもいられない。
自分としてはそのコンサートをもの凄く楽しみにしていたんだけど、ツアーに出る前にマネージメントとして解決しなければいけない問題があって．．．．．．それらの事を無視してでもコンサートをやるつもりだった。そして、それでもいいコンサートをやる自信はあった．．．．．．。

My Apologies
How should I express how I feel, regarding the people who were looking forward to the Paris and Japan concerts that won’t take place……
That situation was beyond my control……but, I bear full responsibility for it……
And, by no means, do I take that responsibility lightly.
Even now, that pain is stabbing me in the chest; to have wounded the hearts of the fans who have been so kind as to support us all these years, no matter what I say or what I do, nothing will fix it.
As for me, I was really looking forward to those concerts but there were problems that had to be settled with the management before the tour could begin…… Even if I ignored those problems, I thought we could put on good concerts. And, I was confident they would be good concerts……
Sometimes I hate everything……I hate life……I hate myself too……
Hate me……Hate me to death…...but I still love you.
The door named “X Japan,” should I have opened it……I don’t know know.
But on the other hand, I don’t even know how to close that door.
