Early Ewan Films Are Just Odd
I really do wonder how Ewan McGreggor did so many Miramax films early on in his career.
Maybe the Miramax folks like his wang? XD
Velvet Goldmine is a very trippy movie. I am so glad I was not alive to see glitter/glam rock. The booze, sex, and drugs were there. But god the amount of glitter...far too much glitter! X__x And it was hard to follow, the sequences didn't seem to flow just right. =/ I think it was conceived while on an acid trip. XD;; But I was not scared of Ewan's Scottish Jewels this time!
Trainspotting was a lot cooooler. Welcome to Scotland, and visit the life of a group of friends who each have an addiction to a drug: heroin, alcohol, sex, and bar brawls. I liked it a lot better. Besides, it's always fun to listen to Ewan speak normally and scream "WANKERRR!>___<".
And now I am listening to BBC7 listen again feature, because Wens spotted the return of Holmes! So horray! =D
