Robert Downey Jr. to Appear in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’
Good news!
Following the great chemistry Downey and “Spider-Man” star Tom Holland had in “Captain America: Civil War”, Sony and Marvel knew they had to work hard to get these two back together for the “Spider-Man” reboot. Sources say the size of the role is unknown at this time.
I don't mind him having cameos or small roles in a pletora of MCU movies, I prefer that to an Iron Man 4, honestly. And since I guess Infinity Wars are going to be the last ones for him, I'm glad I can see Tony as much as possible until then.
There were rumors Chris could be in it, too, since both Tony and Cap are in the Homecoming comics. The rumors started when Robert said to Chris in their Jimmy Kimmel interview they were gonna shoot together in Atlanta again, but I think he meant reshoots for Civil War, not a different movie. And, if the movie ends like everyone expects, it's unlikely he'll be available then (unless they do something in Doctor Strange). I'd love to see them both, of course, but I'm not holding my breath.

I rewatched Only You last night and it's so obvious they were deeply attracted to each other because those kisses were super real. It was kind of hard to watch because I miss Rome a lot and I've been feeling very lonely lately, but man, Robert was just so dreamy back then. He still is, of course, but he doesn't do romantic stuff nowadays.
I've been obsessed with the soundtrack these past few days, it's magical.
Where's my Peter Wright? Why didn't I met him in Rome?
And we could have Sherlock Holmes 3 soon, too!
