01. RUN FOR COVER!! My roommates are cleaning the apartment. Clearly the apocalypse will be here any minute. I just can't decide if I want it to come before or after the three of us go see Twilight tomorrow.
02. The Chicago Public Library has a branch like two blocks from me. I went and signed up for a card earlier today so that I could check out obscure books for two of my final class projects. THE PLACE IS FUCKING HUGE. With marble. And columns. Nine floors. Like twelve entrances. A million escalators. And apparently my library card came with a free urge to cower in a corner because I was so overwhelmed by all the books that the word overwhelmed is an understatement. (Unfortunately, there's a five book limit for the first thirty days.) It also made me realize that I haven't read a new book simply for fun since this summer and I miss reading. Anybody have any good book suggestions?

Friday Night Lights
OH JASON I MISS YOU ALREADY. *sobs* In my opinion, his goodbye wasn't quite at strong as Smash's but I did like that he got his happy ending and the way he got it. I've always had a problem with the way he wants to be a man but still overcomes hardship by using his former QB status (to get Buddy to sell him the house, to get the loan for the house, etc) so I like the way that he was given a little bit of a wake-up call. Him and his little family were adorable in their reuniting scene, but Tim was actually my favorite part of it. It one shot, Taylor Kitsch gave us some of his best acting in the entire series (in my opinion). His face was heartbreaking. Although, I was surprised that Tim went to New York with him, if only because half of last season was him proving that he wasn't the type of guy to follow Street out of/halfway across the country. But whatever.
Matt and Julie are awesome. I'm so glad they're together and I like that they're just together, that there wasn't any big talk or awkward are-we/aren't-we about it. I also really like the way they are with each other this season. There isn't any shyness or awkwardness like there used to be. I loved that element when they were first getting together but I also love that they've grown up. The two of them were adorable when they were trying to convince Coach and I, personally, am thrilled that he's going to be a receiver. Yah for Matt being off the bench! My favorite part of the whole plotline though was when Coach asks Tami for Aspirin and she makes the comment about she hasn't seen him throw that hard in years. I think it's funny that he was so determined to make it hard for Matt that he hurt himself lol.
Tyra, you're stupid. Landry, I miss you. The end.

Privileged
The beginning was cringeworthy. Megan's overanalyzing makes me want to cover my eyes and duck for cover. Frankly, I'm embarrassed for her sometimes. Thankfully that did not last the whole episode or I wouldn't have been able to take it. I actually like Will a lot more after this episode and the two of them are cute together, I admit it. I just much prefer and Charlie together. I'm trying to get past that though, because it's obvious that's not going to happen. I don't much like his girlfriend though. As a character, she's not bad (just too skinny), but their relationship is kind of ridiculous. I don't understand why she's moving in with a guy who just two weeks ago was admitting to her on their like third date that he was in love with another girl and had been for six years. WTF. That is not the basis for a good relationship... or even a fun one. And Charlie knows that, as was evident by the look on his face during their hug.
But back to Will and Megan, we all know that photoshoot thing is not going to work out. I'd be shocked to see him actually go unless the majority of his trip falls over the summer hiatus. At this point, I'm just hoping that we get a summer hiatus (because that would mean a second season!)
Oh, Lily, you're such a pointless plot device. It's funny when people act like you matter.
05. Anybody know of any good layouts/overrides? I am in desperate need of something new.
