The weather is not something to be controlled, Milady. We had that happen once in Gensokyo and it was quite a mess.

Oh, no no no, no. It was a terrible mess, Milady. At one instance it would be horribly cold, then at another the sun would be shining so brightly even your sister's parasol did little good.
