On the one hand, yes, it's hot! (Hopefully this prompts a thousand Annie/Britta fics.) On the other hand, ugh. I'd rather see an interesting, funny interview of two comedic actresses than another hyper sexualized photoshoot of Alison Brie half naked (now with more Gillian Jacobs!).
- In a surprise to no one, I caved and have been watching Torchwood: Miracle Day. The first episode wasn't great. The second episode was TERRIBLE. I'm not even talking standard Torchwood terrible. It's worse. How am I supposed to put up with this show without the sexual hijinks, the aliens, and the UK? What do we get instead? Rex being even more annoying and growly. Dichen Lachman subjected to bad special effects. That painfully long, ridiculous, in the air MacGyver sequence. And Bill Pullman and Lauren Ambrose's uncomfortable acting.
- There are sooooo many break up songs out there, but what I really need right now is friendship break up songs. Any recs?
- Not a great past couple of days, but at least there's Eureka, Rizzoli & Isles, AND Alphas tonight. Love you, TV.
