Will parents ever look at their children as adults? I am 22, but in their eyes forever 14. Parenting is sometimes illogical. I understand they want to protect me, and I am willing to listen to their concerns, but only if they are not attacking me. Hence, sometimes it is not about what you say but more HOW you say it. At this point I have no one to blame but myself, I moved back in. And I am ruing the day I thought THAT was a good idea.
Sigh. It has been a long week. Thank god the parents will be gone for a the next week. Side note to that, Game Night/BBQ at my house this weekend. Probably Saturday night, details not confirmed, let me know if you want to come.
