Dear easy mac,
Why do you taunt me? Sometimes you come out so perfectly. I put in 2/3rd cup of water, microwave you for 3 minutes and 30 seconds and out you come, perfect. But others you are mushy and have bits of clumpy, yucky powder mixed in. I do the same method easy mac, I swear. Why some batches so good, and some so bad?
