So, with this rivalry in college football I mentioned, the opportunity arose for the one sales rep who was unable to speak with me before I left to contact me.
It's very heart-warming that even after 6 weeks since I've left, he still wanted to thank me for my efforts there. Considering that of the 6 sales reps there, I'd actually had frequent contact with 3-4 of them in regards to the work there. Every single one, even though 2 started just this January, and 1 in 2005, spoke to me with high remarks for my work with them.
It makes me happy to know that though it seemed little to me, it was big to them, and worth mentioning, no matter how much later it may be.
