1. He thinks she's actually pretty beautiful when she's happy. I.E. when the smile doesn't scream, "I'm gonna eat your baby."
2. Her relationship with Wolfram. Ken is a woobie for anything that makes Wolfram happy.

5. She's not always cold. He knows for a fact that Aya or Nagi would never be able to hold a civil conversation with a member of the enemy team. But Tot isn't always trying to kill him, and sometimes he thinks that maybe she even sees him as a person and not just HATE HATE HATE. Ken can be pitifully idealistic.
