There'll be some changes made
As of last week, I have embarked on a career as a hollow-eyed Phone Jockey in the employ (sort of) of Big Red.
Actually, it's in the employ of the HR company, working at the German Multinational Behemoth, that's handling the calls from the customer of Big Red.
Lovely hours they shall be.. once I "go live" ;) .. supporting German speaking business. Of course, Germany is 6hrs ahead.. meaning I have the pleasure of taking calls from 1 am until 9:30am, starting, of all days, on Christmas Day. Oh what fun it is :)
For the next few weeks, at least, it's training and tests at regular work hours.
