The one with the pictures from the Cottage and Candice Con
Went up to the Cottage Wednesday afternoon, just in time for the big storm to hit Wednesday evening and knock the power out (apparently, there was a Tornado sighting just a little north of where I was). I came back from Muskoka Friday nite.. and the power still hadn't been restored.

Special thanks to eurydice72 for introducing me to viviendean and "Two Lives in Waltz Time", which kept me entertained during the storm ;) .
Yesterday was Candice Bored Game Birthday Party, which was tons of fun, including much mirth and merriment playing Trivial Pursuit (with singularity on my team, against elizard100 and mints4friends on one team, cinn48 and two_fangs on another, and vampire_sedet and fee multitasking while also playing the CSI boardgame with styrofoam_guy and rockgoddes. rosemary_ca was on hand for proxy dice rolls and reading of trivial pursuit questions ;) . I also played How to be a Complete Bastard with elizard100 and singularity ), and later Bladerdash. Some tasty burgers were had, as well as mmmmmm... some of those awesome molasses cookies ;).
