CONGRATULATIONS TO ITALY ON GETTING TO THE WORLD CUP 2006 FINALE IN BERLIN!
An excellent match... both teams were so evenly matched...
No score at the end of regulation time.
No score at the 25 minute mark of the 30 minutes overtime.
Then, in the 28th minute.. an amazing goal by Italy's Grosso.. and that would have sealed Germany's fate.
But no.. Italy's Del Piero shot a SECOND , textbook perfect, goal.. in the last minute of overtime, to leave no doubt in anyones mind ;).
Italy Advances, and deservedly so...
