To anyone who is reading this - I've cast my efforts in with the livejournal group help_japan , offering one fanfiction between 4,000 and 6,000 words in length. The starting bid is $10. I can write a lot of fandoms, I specialize in weird crossovers, and I wouldn't even mind if anyone broke my offer down into multiple fics. Even if you don't bid on my fic, these people are good and reliable and trustworthy. Mom and I have worked with them before; the money they raise always goes where it's needed.

Day 18 - Favorite Final Fantasy Opening Sequence
You're just...getting sick of me saying Final Fantasy IX, aren't you? Well, too bad. That's the one. Probably because it isn't a traditional opening sequence - it's not a music video I'll get bored watching or need to watch in bursts, which is usually the case with video game opening sequences. I usually get bored, or I find them boring, or I think I'll find them boring and so I pretty much never watch them.
Final Fantasy IX is different. Not only is the opening song one of my favorites, the opening sequence is just...I don't know how to describe it. Beautiful. Gorgeous. Surreal. Seeing all the characters, looking so desperate and sad, getting a look at their fears and worries like that...it's something so peaceful and so affecting to me all at the same time.
