Are we talking played and finished more than five times? If so, none. It can take me forever just to beat a game once. But if we're talking started and attempted to finish five times, then the answer is probably FFIX once again. It especially saw a resurgence in popularity during the month or two when I lost my PS2 memory card (before finding that my Dad's new cat had been using it as a toy).
