(no subject)
Well...it's been a while.
It's been a busy few weeks. I had mid-terms (2 to be exact). I know I aced one...(literally, I got a 100). On the other one - I haven't gotten the grade back yet but I know I probably got an A. So that's sweet.
I'm single again. This happened all in the midst of midterms. It ended on good terms and I'm happier than I've been for quite a few months.
I'm sure everyone has seen on the news about the girl that was murdered here in Auburn. It's horrible. Luckily today they announced that they have a suspect who has been charged with her murder. I actually know the couple that made that first 911 call of an injured female on 147...so it's been a little rough on everybody down here. It hits way too close to home. Auburn is such a small city and you always see these things on the news but then never expect it to happen in your town. Even the mood on campus during the last week has been strange...so many cops - cops on bikes, cops in cars, parked cop cars...you get the idea.
I'm also battling this wierd illness that I've had for the better part of two months. My balance is all screwy and I get dizzy. I have been to the doctor twice (1st time I had "sinus problems" and the 2nd time I had "walking pnemonia"). If I have to go a third time I'm going to my real doctor in Birmingham.
Spring Break is next week and I'm so excited! I'm going to spend the first half of the week in Destin and Mobile and then drive up to Birmingham for the second half of the week...
Oh and I also interviewed with Student-Athlete Support Services here at AU....I would be working with the Student Athletes doing Academic Aide work. Probably start in the Summer. It went really well and I'll probably hear from them this week. It would be a great job and I love it.
Other than that not much new....I'm ready for Spring Break!!!!!!!
