best Christmas Story Ever!
a woman came to my line (I am a cashier for the Holiday season). On the belt she had a bottle of laundry soap, a loaf of bread, and toothpaste. She handed me a gift card to pay for her purchase. She didn't know the exact amount of the giftcard, so she told me she had cash to pay for the remaining balance.
I scanned the giftcard, which paid for her entire purchase. The remaining balance on the giftcard was $491.00!!!!
I told her and she almost fell over. In tears she told me that she was homeless, and that someone basically just handed her the giftcard without a word on the street. She told me that she can eat!!!
