I'm not entirely sure if I've written about it yet, but it's an Alternate Reality Game that actually has an interesting storyline. If you'd like to play this game, please visit the site I'm about to cut and paste below. It's a very intriguing game, especially to the fans of Halo 2 and players of Alternate Reality Games. Yes, this is a new genre. No, this isn't new. "The Beast" is a ARG (by now you should know what this means) that was used as an advertising campaign for AI: Artificial Intelligence. This and ilovebees.com is a new form of advertising called "viral advertising." If you want to see an extreme form of ARGs, please go and rent "The Game" with Michael Douglas. An ARG was also released several years ago called Majestic, but unfortunately, bombed.
