You can change the world!
Just got back from seeing Bill Nye the science guy give a presentation, also I got to meet him in person at a reception and a dinner, so that was fun.
His presentation was about how our generation can change the world. Even gave us a few ideas on how to do it. He talk about the energy crisis a little, Global Warming kind of, mentioned the mission to Mars and sundials. Talked about a couple green energy techs that we have now.
He is a very interesting and entertaining person. He said that in March he is going to have some shows up on itunes. There was somethingelse but I can't remember at the moment. Oh well it was a awesome presentation and watching him, gave me some ideas for when I start teaching.
