So as most of you don't know, I've actively working out for the past 3 weeks or so. I'm doing it for a few reasons.
As some of you noticed on Kat's last visit, she is too skinny, and so we made a deal, she would gain weight and I would lose weight. But some of you think, hey you're not fat, and yes I am not, but when I check a couple of weeks ago, I was 198, which is slight overweight by the standards for someone my size and build. So my goal is to be in the 160 - 170 range. So on random highlights of things I remember.
2-3 weeks ago
Weight 198,
Ran 1.5 miles in about 15min 45 sec,
40 situps
about 30 pushups
Currentlly
Weight 190lbs,
Ran 1.5 miles 13min 9 sec
60 situps
about 50 pushups
So overall I'm progressing, I've also cut back on Fast food and soda.
10-14 fast food meals a week to about 3-5 a week,
Soda average about 4-5 a day to 1-2 a day. Evenuatlly this will be 0-1 a day, but can't just quit you know.
There are some other highlights, but I can't remember them at the moment, Well off to study for my test in BioChem.
