Better Late Than Never!
I am very convinced that the Volks "paw" hands are one of the best hands ever...
Next to those half-closed hands that Ulalume has XD Those are perfect for holding little PSPs.
I'm a day late, but I still want to greet Lauren (pithetaphish) a very happy birthday! X3 I hope your move went smoothly! ♥
Meanwhile, I haven't gotten Ichigo any decent casual clothes, so I'll be going cloth-shopping today :3 But then I decided to have some fun taking photos with her before I get ready to go.
To an extent, I feel that the Volks Elena is a sculpt that can't be given justice in a photo XD Well... maybe not in her default face-up.
In person, the colors of her face-up are really gorgeous. They're muted in contrast to Ulalume's more romantic palette.
The standard SD13 body doesn't have any special joints to boast about or anything of that sort.
But Ichigo's a wonderfully solid weight. And she holds poses really well. Although we can probably thank KIPS for that XD The only funny thing about her is that when I photograph her using the "vivid" settings on my camera, her skin looks very yellow to parallel her very pink hair XD
But I'm really happy I stayed true to the real Ichigo (yes, the bunny) and gave her chocolate-brown eyes. These were the Droprops I bought from Dino when he got new Droprops for his girls. Camel Brown X3
And finally-- bedside buddies! Since Ichigo doesn't have proper casual clothes yet, so she wouldn't feel awkward, Ulalume's also dressed down in her jammies X3
... I still have no idea why Ichigo doesn't mind wearing her thigh-high socks in her nighties, though.
