busy busy weekend! friday was spent as a long day at work and then i got to go to festival! woo! we checked out Relapse, a band in which Sarah is friends with the guitarist whom we all find pretty attractive. Then me, Sarah, Johnny, and Shelly headed out to Steak and Shake for some crazy games of Up and Down the River. Many, many quotes were made that night....it was hilarious. Unfortunetly I had to leave after that because i was dying of exhaustion even though they will tell you that i ditched them. Sorry guys...hahaha.
Saturday was crazy-busy. Got up, worked out and went tanning and then it was off to festival again. Only this time it was with Nikki and we got to do some free painting which i highly enjoy. festival is the best place to people watch sometimes. it's entertaining to just chill in the sun and watch all these people walk by. beats trying to walk along with them, people suddenly stopping in front of me irrates me just about as much as people who pull out in front of you while you're driving. even though there is no one behind you!! annoying, oh yes. then i spent a couple hours with Sarah and Johnny again which basically involved picking Johnny up and then watching some Invader Zim at Sarah's until i had to leave so i could go over to Beth's apartment. That was a good time until i passed out way too early. But good news for me was that there was a 16 year old at that party who was interested. oh wait...that sucks. i'm going to hang around the junior high now....score some freshman! oh baby! j/k. it's flattering really. so i spend the night over there and am invited to go to fox fest with them! woo!! i'm so excited for that. i wanted to go so bad this year.
Sarah had called me to invite me to go to festival again on sunday which would have made it three days worth of festival. that's a lot of festivaling i think. unfortunely i wasn't back home yet. so i get home, take a shower, and go over to Sarah's. Me and Shelly wanted food so we decided on some Bud and Stanley's which is usually really good but we had this shitty ass waitress who was obviously not competent to do her job. it was highly annoying. we head off to frosty boy after that...tasty...and then try to catch Shelly's friend who didn't end up being home. so we head back to sarah's feeling a little defeated by having no one else around. we decide to lie on the front lawn when a car drives by screaming "Sarah". it ended up being severin, james, kevin and severin's brother. so we all talk for a bit and then they go to drop off severin's brother and come back. it was cool chilling and me and severin ended up going for a walk. that was cool because i got to meet people i went to high school with and never talked to but we got along so well we could have easily been friends in high school. then the group decides to head over to Dan's house for a little quality activity. stayed until about 1a cause i had to be to work for 8a.
that wraps up the weekend and now i'm just kind of chilling until my date calls.
