Just a little ranting and a rather large sketch dump
Well, my madness the other day ended in a very interesting journey. I drank quite a bit of whiskey and wandered outside in the rain and down the railroad tracks. Everything was misty, and strange buildings were shining their bright, multicolored lights. Nobody else was around. It was really quite beautiful. A lot of people in the US that I talk to, in my agegroup, either get terribly sloshed regularly, or have a deathly fear of drinking anything at all and whatsoever. Like sex, and a multitude of other things, our society has made people very neurotic about alcohol, but having a tiny bit from time to time is harmless, and even fun and enlightening. I saw the the world a little differently, and maybe I remain strangely lucid, but I thought a good deal and, in the end, it made me feel rather refreshed, for all that I was exaughsted afterwards.
Right, well, anyway, the real reason I'm leaving a journal is because last night I was talking to lots of people, but then my net crashed for HOURS!!! To amuse myself, I OCed to myself and I'm going to post up my foogly sketches for all to see.
first one is just a splash panel of different individual sketches I stuck together. The bunny is just a.. bunny. Actually, it was supposed to be me, but it's hard to translate me into other animals because I don't have any particularly distinctive features that would carry over, like some wild hairdo. I'm small and thin, and that's about it. XD The horse is also me, but that was easier (which is also me), because I could give it my hair. I like the idea, but not this sketch particularly. I don't think it looks like me at all. I'll have to try again. The left kitty is a doodle of the Kalahari kitty. I kind of invision a deific creature of the clouds, hence the grey color, but it's just an idea, and not what it really IS. The other cat is just a generic something.
Nother splash. This time all folk I know. The top left is balaa and the bottom, Nanook. the one in the top middle is crazy ol' me, and top right is nanook again being frightened by.... nothing >_>; . The little fellow on bottom right is mah ferret boy. It looks kinda funny with people out of scale, but I was too lazy to make it correct. Pheer the attack of the giant ferret! XD

Lots of balaa. XD Look at her sneak!!! The ones on the left are more cartoonish, and kinda goofy, but I felt like drawing something goofy. So er... it's OK!
last one. a goofy lookin hibba. Didn't turn out great, but I include it for completeness. Actually, none of them turned out really great. They were just practice.
