It's been a long journey. Leaving Sunnydale, everything I knew behind, coming here, meeting my new roomates, Chloe and Vi, but I think I can admit that it's a good change. For a while, we were just hanging out in the (huge!) rooms that these people provided for us, but then some person from Wolfram and Hart came into Vi and Chloe and my room to explain everything. Apparently we're going to be training with the slayer. She'll teach us to be strong. Or as strong as we can get.
We'll learn how to fight like the regular slayer. And I guess if one of us gets chosen, then we'll know what to do then. The person didn't mention that, though. Now that I think about it, I don't think that the guy even told us his name. But he did tell us that sometime this week we should walk over to Wolfram and Hart and ask the lady at the front desk to bring us to the slayer. He also said that if we forgot to bring anything with us to talk to the secretary and she would get it sent to us.
After he left, Chloe went off, probably to work on another journal entry. It was a good idea to keep a journal during these times. I concidered starting one, but then my mind drifted off to my olf house with five part-way filled up journals laying around. I couldn't get myself to get interested in writing in them.
The next day, a big cardboard box was sitting outside our door. I looked across the hall, and there was one laying there too. I brought it in to the apartment, and opened it up. It was from Wolfram and Hart. They'd sent us clothes to train in and everything. Brand new sweatpants and zip-up sweatshirts. Chloe was really excited and took hers right away. She picked a matching set of blue clothes.
As she ran off, I looked to Vi. "Which one do you want?"
