mmm, well, my summer has been pretty dandy. here's some highlights:
- zach and i made it to the big two years (: i do love that kid.
- ichthus was an amazing experience. i'm glad i got to share it with zach, and that i got to see RELIENT K. it was grand. minussss the crazy sunburn. ouch.
- soccer isn't really a "highlight". actually, it's somewhat disappointing. i'm disappointed in myself for not trying as hard as i should, and it's a given that jim will play favorites. hmm, what a senior year.
- elle, cynthia, AQ, and myself have had some crazy girls' nights. one involved driving around huntington for about an hour, getting slushies at speedway around 1 a.m., screaming spice girls and angry songs to people we dislike, and dancing to "i'm too sexy (for my shirt)" in the middle of the street in huntington. we get pretty crazy, haha.
- i really just don't give a care what people think. i used to say that and would convince myself that i believed it, which i did to a point. but now i can honestly say i do not care. like the saying above: having enemies just mean you've either stood up for something you're passionate about, or people are just jealous. i like that (:
