Plotwise, not that surprising, not unlike what I was expecting. We can't have Dean die and come back in the finale like Sam did last season because...well, we just can't.
- I am however curious how we're going to get Jensen (not just Dean, who could come back as someone else) back next season. Cause his body? Got wrecked. I was actually impressed/disgusted by the amount of gore in that scene. Well played, show.
- Overall, this ep seemed very heavy on the fan service. I'm not sure I was down with all of it. The singing was cute but not plot-advancing and considering how much they crammed into this episode, I think they could have used their time better.
- LILLITH IN RUBY? They totally got me on that one. I seriously didn't notice until "Give me the knife." Because anytime someone says "Give me the gun/knife" you pretty much know you shouldn't, because they are not who you think. Evidence: Scream, Devil's Trap. Lol.
- Dean in hell was kind of cool...I like how his torture involves being alone. It's very appropriate, kind of perversely so.
NEXT SEASON: SAM WALKS INTO HELL TO GET DEAN BACK, AND IS GREETED BY ASH WHO OFFERS TO BE HIS GUIDE ALA VIRGIL. THEN JESS SHOWS UP IN A VISION A LA BEATRICE. CLASSICS CROSSOVER FOR THE WIN, Y/Y? LOL I NEED TO REREAD THE INFERNO NOW.
This is gonna be a long hiatus, isn't it? D: I'm glad I made some new friends on the friending meme. We can hold each other's hands or something. Or write porn for each other. Either works.
Oh and I am SO LOOKING FORWARD to the House finale. It's great to be excited about these shows again, guys :D :D Whooooo!
