It was overwhelming, but there's no way to deny the reality of it. Everything here happened whether I wanted it to or not. So it's just a matter of deciding how I'd act on that, I guess.

Things alter your perspective here, though. When you are removed from it and brought back, your perspective is no longer as it was but the memories of the aftermath are, as you said, irrefutable. So have you ignored what no longer reflected on you as you are?

It was confusing, at first, to have memories which were both yesterday and nine months ago.

Developments that happened in my world made relationships here... awkward. In my world, they progressed without any knowledge of situations here, and I suppose will continue that way when I leave again.
