(no subject)
This weekend=good times!
Friday Lauren and I hit Wythville. I very much enjoy the Wythville now. Old Navy was good, Goodwill was no good, Applebees was great.
Late night Wal-Mart run. We now own Christmas lights for our dorm. We were stalked by scary boys in capes. Oh Halloween!
Saturday we actually won a football game. Games here drag on sometimes, even when we're winning. I took Lauren to visit The Leaf. We gave out lots of treats at the store, visited Nino, went to chill at Britt's.
Sunday I introduced Lauren to Clintwood UMC and lunch at Mamaw's. We lost Rook, but at least we got to play. Ate lots-that was the theme of the weekend.
Came back for Encounter. It rocked my socks--I could listen to Paul Seay talk for hours and never tire of it.
Stole Sarah's fish, GW. Sarah makes me laugh a lot.
Talking about her first swim meet this weekend:
Me: How'd you do?
Sarah: Ahh, we got 2nd a lot.
Me: That's good. How many teams were at the meet?
Sarah: Just 2.
I am now an Ebay fan. I won Bridget Jones' Diary the book for 30 cents last night. Can you say score!?
Yea God for 2 extra hours of sleep this morning on top of Daylight Savings time.
I am a fan of Daylight savings time and the election being tomorrow (I am sporting my fabulous Kerry/Edwards t-shirt today), but I am not a fan of having to get 100 surveys filled out for a speech this week.
