(no subject)
Corrine needs a Livejournal. If she doesn't get one Lauren and I will pray that Luke and Lorelai break up and Gilmore Girls is canceled. She has 5 days....
Tragedy of today: While searching for the 90210 schedule on FX I realized that it is no longer on the air. No, my beloved 90210 has not only been canceled, but now even the re-runs are gone. I have a good feeling that the greatest show of all time will be released on DVD soon and I shall then go bankrupt buying all the episodes.
I have all my days messed up! I thought last night that I had to do homework for my Western class, but I don't in fact have Western until tomorrow (why would someone want to do work early!? LOL). Today I was convinced I had a Speech quiz and even studied while getting ready this morning (just call me the Queen of multi-tasking), only to arrive at class and realize that the quiz is next week. I was also pleasantly surprised when I realized that Friday is tomorrow (yeah, go ahead and laugh because this is common knowledge to most everyone).
Last night Lauren and I met mom in Bristol for good food and a bookstore, dollar store, and Wal-Mart run. Good times! It makes me happy getting away from campus for any reason in the middle of the week. I guess having to drive a distance to get anywhere is what I get for choosing a college in a cow pasture, but I'm happy--heck, I'm from Haysi I would say that I'm more than used to driving a long way to get to anything!
Today I have 3 meetings. I just got finished with the first one (Winter Forum committee), waiting on the 2nd one (Board of Trustees student forum--of which, I have to also write an article for the newspaper on), and the final one (Young Democrats, but I will get a t-shirt at this meeting so it's well worth it). I have turned into a meeting slut.
I must hit my meeting and my roommate now, for she is talking smack about me on the phone :-)
