Simple Coloring Tutorial
Here is a requested tutorial on how to make this icon.
Made with PSP 9 but can easily be translated.
We’ll be going from

Take your picture here and crop it to a square. Then resize to 100 x 100 pixels.
Sharpen your base
Duplicate your sharpened base and set it to Screen at 30 %.
Duplicate your base again and move it above your screened base. Desaturate it and set to Soft Light at 100 %.
Duplicate your base again, bring it to the top, and set to Soft Light at 100 %.
Make a new layer and fill with #020b2a. Set to Exclusion at 100 %.
Go to your sharpen brush/tool. I put the settings at Size 6, Hardness 40, Opacity 6. On any pictures of Emma, sharpen her eyes, lips, hair, eyebrow, and earring. Then you're all done!
