My boss in her infinite wisdom

didn't bother to schedule clerks to replace the one we just lost. We just had one of our librarian's leave for a job in the schools and last Friday was her last day. The boss is on vacation.

So I spent the morning alone in the children's room. Meanwhile, I look around the office, where I'm eating and see how much I have left to do, which is not getting done. :(
