The Brigadier - Do I need a reason?
No. When I did mine for my reason for the Brig, I almost just put 'because he's teh Brig'.
Warriors of the Deep - Another one I found incoherent and boring, despite Turlough.
That's one of the two Fifth Doctor stories I haven't seen yet.
