Energy Talk and Submission
So, i've been talking with a friend form one of the yahoo groups i'm in about energy.
He identifies with a chaos dragon, and has been having some interesting reactions with the manipulation of energy, and opposites and trying to understand how it manages to work.
Nature, opposites attract, like positive to negative, but the same repells.
With the energy, he was noting how one hand turns clockwise, the other counterclockwise, and when he puts them close together, one emits heat, and the other cold, and the energies meshed.
I explained that the two energies would be attracted, as it is natural, and he could learn to manipulate them to varying degrees of heat and cold. He mentioned how street lights have a tendency to flicker, as well as other sources of light - and was actually controlling the brightening and dimming effect.
I suggested he take his practices to an area that would be less harmed if his practices somehow got out of hand - wouldn't want a spark causing a fire, or a suddenly frozen water-main breaking.
Today, the conflicting flows, as he refers to them, trying to understand them further, and his chaotic nature came into the conversation. He also what i knew about chaotic dragons.
By nature, I am chaotic, of chaos. the dragon form is a form of use, to focus the chaotic energy into a desire of its use. Any form could be used to help influence a desire for the energy to form into. I have the use of many forms, but I am none of them.
By all intents and purposes, chaos is the base of all energies. all the classifications of energy are just putting order to chaos, and giving it a kind of form and shape, recognizable to those who cannot possibly understand chaos in its pure form, or if understand it, are not able to influence it.
Now the fun part. Chaotic energy cannot be forced to a will, it should be influenced. Energy must be submitted to, you must be able to open yourself up to the possibilities of form and function and accept what the energy can do for you before you can learn to influence it's form and direction.
Clear thought of the final goal must be present - thus the term of "Will Power." Yes, one's personal will influences so much around us, including the energy of our being, the energy of others, and the energy of everything that is.
If there is not clear thought, set firmly in mind when a working of energy is to be made, then the energy will go its own way.
Think of the rituals that "require" several people to be involved in it. That is only because the more desire that is put into the work, the greater chance the chaotic energy will be influenced into the desired direction.
One thing about chaotic energy - everyone better be of the same thought, otherwise there will end up a twist in the result that no one expected, all because an odd thought gave the energy an opening to exit and do as it desired.
As i was talking with my friend, my current circumstances fell into the definition i was trying to put out there and things just went "click".
Submission: Giving your all to another, an outside source, anothers desires and wishes.
Submitting to the flow of energy is the only way to learn how to truly identify it, influence it. Understand it.
Submitting to that energy is not losing who you are to the energy, but learning what it is, how it influences you, and how you can learn to influence it.
