Challenge # 59: Grant a Wish
For those of you who were at Hogsmeade this weekend, our first December challenge will sound familiar. With all the holiday activities going on around HiH at the moment, I hope you will be able to bear another gift-giving activity. You can always look at the myriad of prompts rather than the gifting aspect of this challenge, although there's nothing wrong with granting your fellow HiHers a wish, is there?
Quite a number of you have submitted their fic wishlists to my post a couple of weeks ago. You will find the complete list under the cut below. There are lots of excellent prompts to choose from, something for everyone, and I hope many of you feel inspired.

I like a lot of minor characters and seeing them fleshed out, but that they stay true to everything known is important. Er, ratingwise, not a huge preference, but given it's short, no graphic please. I tend to like older generation stories (Marauders are on the young side but I like them too XD).

All ratings are fine with me, but I'm a bit squicky when it comes to intense gore, and I prefer romance over hard-core-smut. I don't mind m/m, f/f, or m/f. I don't mind three way relationships (and in the case of twincest, prefer them), but tend to avoid more than that. I am not a fan of: Remus/Tonks, Harry/Ginny. My preferences tend to lean towards Marauder Era. I ship Snape/Lily but only as a tragic, one-sided thing. Favorite Characters (in no particular order): Luna, Severus, Remus, Sirius, Draco (when done right), Lucius, Lily. If you can make an odd pairing work, I tend to ADORE it. I don't like strange pairings just for the sake of being strange, though. They need to have some backstory/reasoning/history.
