The stars were out in force tonight, and there was a strangely calming atmosphere present in the owlery as Harry and Hagrid took in the last few minutes of the year. Hagrid silently lifted his mug and held it up towards the sky, grinning.
'Ahhh Harry,' Hagrid announced warmly, 'It's been quite a year, hasn't it, lad?' Harry turned to his friend and smiled back at him. 'That it has. I don't suppose you think we'll ever have a nice quiet year at Hogwarts, do you?'
'Probably not, Harry, but we'll sure have a lot of fun in the meantime.'
