"I vahnt to sahk your blahd!" Harry spit the teeth into the sink. "Do they really think that this will scare someone?"

He looked at his reflection in the mirror. He scrunched up his nose and then wiped some dirt off of his face. "I might as well stay home tonight."

"BOY!"

Harry jumped. "Yes, Uncle Vernon. I’m coming!"

He sighed and opened the bathroom door. He walked down the steps quickly.

"Boy, you will stay here tonight and hand out the candy to those grubby little mongrels," he said without looking at Harry.

"Yes, sir."

"While you are at it…what are you wearing?" Vernon's face turned red as he noticed his nephew.

Harry ran his hands down his hand me down clothes and baby sheet he had tied around his neck.
"I thought I might dress up like a vampire for Halloween."

"No, no, no! Go to your cupboard and stay there the rest of the night."
