it happened so fast
like lightning flashing through clouds
that green flash of death
02. AVIS
so many small birds
flying, flittering, singing
it made her head hurt
03. ACCIO
i want it closer
a postcard: "wish you were her"
i want it right now
04. ALOHAMORA
no lock can stop her
or her determination
nothing but his heart
05. CHEERING CHARM
they won't stop laughing
(she only wanted to help)
contorted smiles

bam! boom! kaboom! bang!
explosions tore through the hall
the twins had come back

his face was scrunched up
a moment of confusion
then the veil was gone

pain shot through his bones
his throat burning from screaming
he wished she'd end it

the flower just kept growing,
