Summary: Drabble Challenge #88: Professor Flitwick gets caught in a hailstorm

"Oh my," says Filius Flitwick.
When he was inside having a butterbeer, it was merely raining. Now that he's making his way back to Hogwarts from Hogsmeade, pellets of hail are coming down.
He sees students hovering under archways and canopies, and he decides the hail is truly inconvenient.
Casting a charm--a rather easy one, but a bit unwieldy in application--he changes all the hail stones into marshmallows. The students step into the rain to catch them on their tongues.
He makes his way to the sounds of laughter and lumps of sugar getting caught in his glasses.
