Basically we are a super secret part of HiH who work behind the scenes, hosting social events and points earning activities within the confines of the hogwartsishome community. We also help out the mods of HiH if/when the need arises. I'd like to think the community is super fun and I've made some cool friendships from my time in The Order. A few basic things I can tell you (because a lot of what we do is kept secret).
What is expected of me as a Phoenix? Phoenixes are required to track the hh_order community for posts. Phoenixes are expected to propose ideas in brainstorming posts and be readily available to the Order Mods for tasks and questions.
How do I maintain membership within the Order? Being a Phoenix is more than just being called a Phoenix. Order members are the most dedicated, most kickass people in hogwartsishome, and acceptance into The Order is no guarantee of continued membership.
Phoenixes are required to sign up for at least one mission or activity per month (although exceptions can be made with prior notification), or at least stay in touch with the mods once a month if life gets busy.
Tasks and missions must be accomplished in a timely manner - if something comes up, please work with the Order Mods before the deadline so that we can excuse the failure to complete (FTC) the mission/task. Just a sidenote, all of the missions for Term XXXVIII have already been filled so you wouldn't have to worry about one of those at this time.
Also, Phoenixes earn points for their houses and knuts for themselves for completing tasks as well as a monthly salary from The Order.
