This is the application for those who wish to join the Order of the Phoenix at
hogwartsishome.
I will take previous Phoenixes' experiences into account, but encourage anyone interested to apply.
By completing this application I both acknowledge and affirm that:
- I have been sorted into a house at Platform 9 3/4.
- I am a member of both the main community (HiH) and my house common room.
- I have been a member of HiH for at least 1 month. (We will consider all applications, though we make no guarantees if you have been a member for less than a month.)
- Membership within The Order is a privilege and not a right.
- I am not to share the nature or content of my assignments outside of The Order.
- I am expected to complete all assignments in a timely and efficient fashion.
- If I fail to join in any discussions or volunteer for any assignments in a month, I may be asked to leave.
- I understand that The Order is a serious commitment, and I have an actual, real desire to be a part of an organization such as this.

Name: Username: House: Are you fine with tracking the posts tagged a certain way in the comm? How long have you been in HiH? Have you been a member of The Order in the past? If so, around when? Why do you think we value secrecy within The Order? What do you think would be a good thing to do for The Order and why (can be anything, activity/social/housekeeping)? Having seen what The Order did last term, what do you think we should in fact continue or improve or add? (optional, answer if you were an active member for at least half of last term) How much availability do you have in an average week for performing Order duties this coming term? (Please take into consideration other commitments you have online and how this might impact the time you'll be able to spend on The Order.) Have you held mod/club leadership positions before, here or elsewhere? If so, when and which subcommunity/club? Can you tell us about how you managed that position? If you haven't held any official positions before, please tell us about your personal organization style and how you would approach handling Order responsibilities. Would you consider yourself to be self-motivated or do you often require reminders of deadlines or tasks that need to be completed? (Everyone's work ethic is different and the only right one is what's most effective for getting the job done for you. This is more for us to determine how much we need to oversee for managing purposes.) Are there things you think you would be better at than others and do you have any preferences as to what you want to do for the Order (i.e., activity running, banner-making, social posts, etc)?
