Music Club: Composer Stamping (Term XXIV Activity #01)

Sep 03, 2012 21:33

Activity: Composer Stamping
Points: 10pts for submitting an app, 2pts each per vote, 30pt cap.
Deadline: Saturday, September 15th @ 21:59 UTC (timezone converter).
Details: It's composer stamping time! You all know how stamping works and this is jsut the same game as always; fill out an application, stamp and get stamped! The drill this time: You will not stamp your fellow members by looking at the composers' biographies but by whose music you think they resemble; i.e. if someone's bubbly character reminds you of that lively Mozart symphony, your vote for them will be Mozart (I hope that makes sense?). I provided audio examples for each composer in the list below, but the point of this is to get you listen to lots of new and beautiful music!

You'll get ten points for filling out the app (which means I do want you to put effort in this!) and two points for each vote with a cap of 30 points. Don't forget to sign your votes with your name&house!

Note: Always remember that this is just for fun. I'm sure that there is no one planning to insult anyone with stamping, so... Yeah, let's just try and have fun and don't take it all too seriously! ♥

Note 2: Please please please try to go and stamp other applications, especially if you have an application up yourself. It's just fair and I'd like to give people their stamps without feeling bad for so little votes at the end of this activity! ♥

Note 3: As always, there'll be no roster grace period, so double and even triple check if you're on it!

Note 4: I know that the results for the last activity are still missing, but points are in and the post will be up asap!
