Waiting

I always hate waiting. Waiting in the doctor's office, waiting to know whether I got into college, waiting for a ride. Today I've done some of the most anxious waiting of my entire life-waiting to find out if everyone I know is okay. Thus far most of them are, but I'm still, you guessed it, waiting, on the last, and arguably closest in high school, couple friends of mine. I can hardly imagine what many parents are going through, and the people who know they've lost someone. My heart and my thoughts are with them tonight, most likely tomorrow, and ongoing.

I hate waiting, more than that, I'm starting to get scared of knowing.
