It’s all clumsiness and last minute doubts before giving into the frantic search of the other, the swinging of hips, the desperate need to make sure that this kiss is saying all they can’t say as they give into their bodies deepest need and soon they are both crying and rocking each other and they are tears of joy, of knowing they can devote ( Read more... )

That was lovely. I really enjoyed the seconds you showed, especially the one where the memories went to 'not bloody enough.'

That particular second is the one I like best. I thought that phrase was fitting in more than one level. I had a hard time choosing the seconds so I'm thrilled you enjoyed them. Thanks!

This was beautiful. Really a lovely way to convey important moments in their lives.

How weird is it that if I hadn't been going through my mail last night and gone to Siye because one of my favorites had updated (and I never got around actually reading the last 2 chapters I had been e-mailed about), followed the link to FF.net to read the naughty bits and then marvelled in the rest of the user's stories, I wouldn't have recognised you?
My take wasn't that creative but as soon as I read the "a second" prompt most of these moments came to my mind immediately.
Thanks so much for your comment! It's twice as special knowing it comes from an author whose work I enjoy so much ! <3

What I love about what you've done with this is you've focused on what I think Harry would want his life to be defined by. Not his defeat of Voldemort, not his accomplishments as an Auror, but his moments with Ginny and the kids.

This was wonderfully done!

Oh, definitely, I think if Harry had any say in what his Chocolate Frog Cards should say, it'd be "Harry Potter, loving husband, caring father. His family loves him and all his children remember their childhood fondly" I guess that'd be it, his heart's desire, surrounded by family. It didn't even occur to me to include any second where Ginny and the kids would not be present and I reckon that kind of fits. Thank you for your heart-warming review <3 <3

Oh well, I have a hard time writing anything that doesn't have a contented Harry, the poor guy has been through so much I can't have him angsting much more than five or six sentences so I can they give him his well deserved fluff ;)
Glad you enjoyed it !
