Migraine? fuck knows...

So, about an hour before finishing all my work, suddenly i realised there was a rainbow smear across my vision. Right in the centre. Like you get on windows when there's a mildly oily run of water. I pointed out to by team leader that I couldn't see properly (ie i couldn't see the exact thing I was reading at any one time) and Marianne, who's very knowledgeable, checked me out and told me to go take a lie down in a darkened room, suggesting it might be a migraine. My migraines are generally pain and light-hypersensitivity based but I was willing to take any advice. So I lay down in a darkened room. My eyesight had just about returned to normal so I got up and realised that my left leg was shaking when I put weight on it. Progressively, my left arm and leg became weaker so I sat for a while until I felt stronger and headed back to my desk to finish my work. Took ages. General feeling of lethargy/exhaustion, primarily in my head and left-hand side. Eventually finished work and trudged into the rain towards Liverpool St. By this time I had a pronounced limp and my left leg shook at every footfall. Made it home in this manner, where I sit now, with bad muscular pain in my left limbs and lower back, leaning to that side as that seems to be how my body wants to be. I feel exceptionally pathetic and weak... but only in my left fucking side!

So, yeah... any thoughts? I'm gonna go upstairs (should take a while) and make some food. I could just be hypoglycaemic, but lack of food usually gives me headaches... oh, yeah, and I've eaten enough. This irritating, odd and annoyingly debilitating. I feel pretty much fine, except my left-hand side is just lagging a bit... (first person to say minor stroke gets hit).

Anyway, food...
