Ok so I am sitting in my room writing in word, so that I can stick this on a computer that has the Internet later. I am planning on packing, then going into uni so that I can do a final check of my email and stuff. I am guessing that Hillary (may I point out you probably walk under my window every day piece of useless information for you) was unable to ring me, because the Internet in halls went down (she did not write down the number in the LJ post). It is funny how I was kind of looking forward to a phone call from someone I don't know. Well maybe she'll get the chance to ring me on Sunday, of course this depends quite a bit on when I get back from Norwich (likely to be trapped on a train for 5 hours).
So I am packing, how come I always over pack, I am going away for one weekend and taking enough for 4 days, including a full sized towel (there is no shower). I will be happy to get back on Sunday so that I can have a long shower (one of the few great things about living in halls with on-suit facilities).
I have got into the habit of washing my hair every day, not really sure how it happened, but I think it has something to do with me liking the smell of my shampoo.
On a different note last night (well 5pmish really, but never mind) I met someone who put me right off the idea of being English. He told me that "these people have no right to being here" whilst pointing at various people who quite obviously were not from the UK. I really hate people who put across there opinion like this. I was so angry, I told him that he was a racist and then told him where to go. What can I say other than Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I am still angry now... just thinking about it makes me angry and frustrated.
Do I take a walkman with me on the train? I guess so. In that case do I take my battery recharger? I guess not. I have two batteries they should last me. I need to decide what tapes to take. And I suppose what reading (Uni reading that is) to take too. In ten hours I could probably read all of the stuff I have been given for one lecture (unfortunately I have four lectures).
People keep telling me four is not that many, but most of them only have one hour lectures mine last for two and a half hours. I also think there is different credits for different lectures, one of my flat mates has modules worth fifteen credits mine are all worth 20.
