ARGH!!!
The bank I work at, while it has a lot of options for it's customers, sucks to work at sometimes. My position, which is a bank teller, is more of a sales position. I have to have 45....that's right 45 closed sales (solutions) and referrals in a quarter. OMFG!!!! This is up from 30 in Januaury. Absolutly rediculous. I'm at 27 so far :(
