In relation to this post about the noises in Wisconsin. Now, according the the AP news story -- it's supposed to be an earthquake. Because the solid slab of granite underneath the city conducts noise well, the 1.5 quake - which the experts said didn't happen and they now say would be so small it wouldn't be felt if it did happen is the cause of the sound.
