the lovely Winchesters have come to my state once again. Wisconsin may be the center of evil, but at least Dean visits and works for the telephone company.
The only thing wrong, Wisconsin is damn cold this time of year. We also often have snow up here.
Episode reaction:
I loved the 'Riding the Storm Out' montage. I liked the three week mourning period. I especially liked week one. They looked liked they were in
shock and completely stricken. I liked how the brothers dealt with their grief in different ways. Dean focused on the Big Bad while Sam
went after the MotW.
However, if I read one more thing about the missing beer meaning that Dean had a drinking problem, I will scream.
I do like thinking that Bobby drank the beer.
Also, I don't think Frank is replacing Bobby. Dean made that clear with his “we're not friends, I'm paying
you.”
Krissy was adorable and I liked her story, liked how Dean told her about Sam going off to Stanford.
I liked a lot about this episode. My sister loved that they used her car. She drove the same model Skylark in high school. I'm sure you all heard her squee.
However, I hated that when it came time to kill the baddies, Dean was once again helpless. WTF? He's
supposed to be the badass hunter. Krissy kills Sally and unties Sam. Sam is then able to kill Paula while Dean just stands there?
I hate it when Show does that.
Don't tell me he froze because he was dealing with his grief and couldn't bring himself to kill something.
He was still willing to go after Dick Roman.
