(no subject)
Updating from the AASU computer lab. I'm so bored! I'm waiting on Josh to get out of his class, which is dismissed at 10. THEN... I have to wait another 2 hours so he can study for his lab practical today that is at 1:30... gets out around 3:30ish. SOOOOO, I'm stuck here in Savannah with nothing to do for about 7 hours. Wait... oh yeah, I forgot why I came... ok, his mom is having surgery so I'm going to visit her as soon as Josh gets done studying. She has a tumor on her ovary (bad news). If it is cancerous than they are going to take her uterus out, if not, they are just going to remove the tumor. God forbid it be malignent.
Anyway... Since I'm a future student of AASU, I went to the bookstore and bought some shorts and a shirt... it was cheap, and i actually needed some black soffee shorts. The shirt was on 6 bucks so I figured, why not? Lol... it will be kinda weird wearing AASU outfits to USCB this fall.
Oh yeah, I was accepted to USCB (University of South Carolina Beaufort)! yay! I went to Armstrong the other and got a list of all of the credits that are transferable and like 98% of USCB's credits can transfer! I'm so happy! I'm going there for 30 semester hours, then im going to transfer to Armstrong, after all, Armstrong actually has my major, lol. I'm thinking of majoring in Elementary Edu. and then minoring in or specializing in music. I figured I wouldn't be promised a job as an elem. school music teacher (absolutly refuse to teach high schoolers), so if I have to I could just teach first grade or something. BUT, if I majored in Music Education I could get a really good scholarship to AASU beacuse Dr. Johnson/Johnston says that he is in desperate need of clarinets. I just need to do some research on the job expectancy of Music Majors... anyone know? lol.
Anyway... wow!!!!! DB is not knocking, but BEATING on my door. Afterall, I did have Starbuck's this morning.
This is very random because I'm basically waisting time.
It's weird because I'm like the only person in here typing, and it's really loud so people are probably thinking SHUT-UP DUMB GIRL! Everyone in here is studying... DER... that is what they are supposed to be doing! I should have taken summer classes... at least for the month of June. That is what Josh is doing. Although he has to wake up at 6:45 for 4 weeks straight... pooooor thing.
